Tina Nixon

Dr. Tina Nixon is an adjunct professor for the American College of Education in the Department of Professional Educational Studies, teaching at both the master’s and doctoral levels. She also has guided doctoral students while serving as a chair and committee member. Nixon has also worked in the K–12 environment for more than 16 years, serving in a variety of areas, including general education teacher, digital learning coach, and administrator. Dr. Nixon has a desire to serve and help others, and she is the chief operations officer of the Jha'Kyric Nixon Scholarship. The scholarship was founded in 2012 and has awarded 55 aspiring college students as of 2020.
